Return & Refund Policy

At Muxtex Stationery, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your product or have received a defective item, please follow the steps below for an easy return process.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Send your query through WhatsApp at +19253155880 or email us at sales@muxtex.com.
    Please mention the reason for your return.

  2. Await Instructions
    Our representative will contact you with return shipment details and further instructions.

  3. Prepare the Package
    Pack the product securely in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging, as delivered to you. Attach the provided return label to the top of the package.

  4. Ship Your Return
    Send the parcel to the address provided by our representative.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  1. Product Condition
    The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage. If the product is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to send it back.

  2. Original Packaging & Tags
    All original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must be included. The product must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. If delivered in a second layer of Muxtex packaging, return it in the same condition with the return label attached. Do not apply tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.


Return Policy Guidelines

  1. Defective/Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, contact us within the applicable return window. Depending on the product category and condition, your item may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Check specific product category terms for details.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
    Please note that some items are not eligible for return if they are “No longer needed.”

  3. Post-Usage Issues
    For device-related issues that occur after usage or beyond the return window, we will guide you to the appropriate brand warranty center (if applicable). For more information on warranty claims, please reach out to us.


Refund Process

Refunds will include the shipping fee along with the amount paid for your returned product. The refund process typically takes 2-3 working days after we receive your returned item and it passes our quality control inspection. The time required for the refund to reach you depends on the method you select during the return process.
